How long does it take to build and ship?
The checkout displays currently available fulfilment options. Dispatch timing depends on stock, build requirements and the selected service.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes. PCs come with a 3‑year RTA (Return‑To‑Base) warranty. If a part is faulty and we have stock, we can replace it quickly to minimise downtime.
Is Windows 11 activated on Ready-to-Go PCs?
It's ready to use. Windows 11 is fully installed and set up — plug it in and go. It just isn't tied to a licence key yet.
Nothing expires and everything works normally. The only real limit is personalisation — wallpaper, accent colours and themes — plus a small watermark in the corner.
Activating is optional. Buy a key from anywhere you like, any time. We do not sell Windows licences, and you can keep using the PC without activating if you prefer.
