Shipping & delivery

Custom PC orders may require assembly, configuration and quality checks before dispatch. Parts-only orders generally ship sooner when items are in stock. The estimated dispatch window shown at checkout reflects stock, build queue and the service you select.

Available carriers and services depend on your delivery address, parcel size and whether the order contains a fully assembled PC. At checkout you will see only methods we can fulfil for your address, with the quoted price before you pay.

We may use Australia Post, Team Global Express (TGE) or other contracted carriers. Tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched.

You may collect eligible orders from our Camperdown store during opening hours when pickup is offered for your order type. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation. We will notify you when the order is ready for collection.

We ship within Australia unless otherwise stated on a product page. Some remote or oversized deliveries may incur additional charges or require a custom quote — you will see this during checkout before confirming your order.
