By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these terms and our related policies: Privacy, Refunds, Shipping.

Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith but may change when suppliers revise models. Prices are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise. We may refuse or cancel orders where a listing is incorrect, stock is unavailable, or fraud is suspected.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm payment and issue an order confirmation. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes in accordance with our shipping policy and carrier terms. Local pickup is available from our Camperdown store when offered at checkout.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty terms for systems and components are described on product pages and order documentation. Nothing in these terms limits your non-excludable rights.

Custom PC builds, upgrades and workshop services may require additional lead time and are subject to the specifications agreed at order time. Deposits and cancellation terms for custom work are confirmed in writing where applicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to remedies required by law or the amount paid for the relevant order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the "Last updated" date shown above.
